The American Society of Civil Engineers is hiring a Manager of Public Relations in their division of Membership Services a Communication. The Manager for State Public Relations is primarily responsible for establishing programs designed to increase the effectiveness of Section and Branch public relations activities and to foster greater participation of Sections, Branches and members in the Society’s national external relations program.
