NYC Event Alert: Battling Congestion, Sam Schwartz Presents his Fair Plan

YPT-NYC and the NYU Rudin Center invite you to join us for a conversation with former Traffic Commissioner Sam Schwartz on his vision for battling congestion in the New York region. Schwartz’s plan, which involves reorganizing tolls to generate $15 billion over ten years to fund road, bridge, subway and bus improvements, has been lauded by the media since its release in March 2012.
