YPT Membership Refund Policy

YPT will refund membership dues upon request in the event that  (1) a member accidentally pays their yearly dues more than once for the year and requests a refund, (2) unwittingly enrolls in auto-renew and wishes to cancel their membership after the auto-renew has occurred, or (3) in the case of a clerical error or other extraordinary circumstance. All refund requests should be directed via email to membership@yptransportation.org, and include the member’s full name, email address on file, a contact phone number, and the reason for the refund request. Our all-volunteer organization will do our best to respond to your request within 3 business days and process a refund within 7-10 business days. We regret that due to the ongoing nature of a membership purchase, that we cannot offer a refund more than 14 days after dues have been received.
