YPT Atlanta is governed by a Board of Directors who develops the organization’s mission and activities. Board Meetings are generally scheduled at 6pm on the first Tuesday of each month. Andrew Pofahl, Chair

Senior Performance Analyst
MARTA

Andrew Pofahl is a transportation analyst with a civil engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is currently a Senior Performance Analyst in the Strategic Performance Unit at the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority. His role is to work as a liaison with the bus operations team to develop and maintain reports to support performance management, make improvements to business processes to enable more data-driven decision making, and better utilize technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness. He is incredibly passionate about supporting and delivering efficient and equitable transit service. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys biking around town and watching Atlanta United games.

Hunter Abel, Deputy Chair

Modern Mobility Partners

Hunter Abel is a Transportation Planner working with Modern Mobility Partners in Atlanta. He has over five years of experience working on a variety of transportation planning topics including transit service planning, corridor studies, and comprehensive planning. Having previously worked at MARTA, Hunter has a passion for public transit and the equitable benefits that transit service can provide to communities. He holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology and enjoys cycling and exploring local breweries in his free time.

Maddy Clowse, Director of Administration

Maddy Clowse is a Transportation Planner working at HNTB. She received her Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning at Georgia Tech and has a passion for affordable, reliable, and equitable transportation solutions for all. She works on a variety of projects, including bicycle and pedestrian plans, transit, electric vehicles, and public engagement. In her free time she enjoys biking, running, fostering dogs, and drinking beer on patios around town.

My name is Danielle Kronowski and I’m excited to be serving as YPT Atlanta’s Director of Finance this year! I grew up in Augusta, GA and moved to Atlanta to study Civil Engineering at Georgia Tech in 2015. Since graduation, I’ve been working in the transportation engineering industry for Kimley-Horn in Midtown, Atlanta. I like to read, spend time outside, and play board games with friends in my free time. Looking forward to this year’s YPT events!

Amber Berg, Director of Communications

Amber is a Transportation Planner with Modern Mobility Partners and is passionate about active transportation, safe streets, and visual communication. Amber received her Master’s of Regional and Community Planning from Kansas State University. When she’s not working, Amber loves to crochet, paint, and play video games.

Jordan Daniell, Director of Programs

Senior Highway Engineer
WSP USA

Jordan Daniell is a senior highway engineer at WSP where he works on projects for GDOT, ATLDOT, and other counties and municipalities. He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys biking, paddle boarding, and volunteering with Trees Atlanta.
