DC/NOVA Job Alert: Internship Opportunity at PRTC

The Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation Commission (PRTC), a progressive, multi-modal public transit agency in the Washington, D.C. area, seeks a creative individual with interest in public transportation planning and operations to fill a professional development fellowship (intern) position.  This program is designed to promote and develop careers in public transportation and demand management.

Candidates should be a graduate student, recent college grad, or upperclassmen with a major in urban planning, public administration, transportation, geography, economics or related field and strong written, oral, and analytical skills. Position undertakes routine and special project assignments, works with multiple departments, is open until filled, and will last 6 to 12 months.  $14.50/hr. plus benefits.
