The American Public Transportation Association (APTA) is pleased to invite you to the October 28, 2014 Transportation Tuesday program, featuring David Connolly of the Majority Staff, House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and Ward McCarragher of the Minority Staff, House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. The distinguished speakers will review the findings and recommendations of the Committee’s Special Panel on Public-Private Partnerships, and the new report Public Private Partnerships: Balancing the Needs of the Public and Private Sectors to Finance the Nation’s Infrastructure.
The program will begin with a wine and cheese reception at 5 p.m., with the presentation and discussion to occur from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
