NYC Job Alert: Strategic Planning Analyst at NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission

NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to support the Executive Director of Strategic Planning. This position is in the Commissioner’s Office, which leads the development of new regulatory policy and management strategy for this 600-person agency. The Commissioner’s Office works with stakeholders, members of the Taxi and Limousine Commission, other government agencies, TLC’s Policy Division, and TLC operational divisions to ensure that the agency meets the administration’s goals and fulfills its mission of promoting safety and consumer protection in for-hire service.

Under the direction of the Executive Director of Strategic Planning, the Strategic Planning Analyst will participate in project planning and monitoring, write/edit memos and briefings, perform data analysis, contribute to transportation policy development, prepare for high-priority meetings, and liaise with staff throughout TLC and with external stakeholders.  This position represents a unique opportunity to interface with leaders both within and outside of TLC.
