This position manages the development of the Freight Analysis Framework (FAF) forecasting and network modeling elements, conducts analysis on current and future trends and demand for freight transportation, and leads the development of freight analyses and the application of major data sources to support freight transportation planning, policy formulation, and legislative recommendations to improve the multimodal flow of goods.
