Responsibilities:
- Create an exceptional, personalized service experience for Lyft users
- Handle escalations for our riders and provide internal support for our teams and partners
- Provide friendly, timely support to Lyft riders via phone, email and social media
- Troubleshoot user problems with the Lyft app
- Document all support contacts in a CRM system
- Make recommendations based on feature requests and bugs reported by users

Experience:
- 1+ years experience in customer service or call center a plus, but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Flexible schedule, willing to work off hours and weekends.

The Transit, Bikes, and Scooters (TBS) Operations Performance and Planning team is looking for a passionate Central Operations Lead to join us in tackling some of the most interesting and impactful problems in urban transportation. From bikes and scooters to future platforms, you will be at the forefront of driving new initiatives to revolutionize multimodal technology.
You are a strategist with an entrepreneurial spirit, who is not afraid to take risks. Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and local operations teams, you will work in a fast paced and agile environment to lead hardware asset planning and allocation for all markets operated nationally by TBS. Responsibilities:
- Lead high-visibility, cross-functional engagements to drive demand forecasting, investments, and allocation for Lyft’s current and future hardware assets (classic and electric bikes, batteries, scooters, docking stations and beyond)
- Make data-driven strategic asset planning recommendations to the TBS leadership team that balance operational, financial, commercial, and policy considerations
- Collaborate with cross-functional and local market stakeholders to continuously improve hardware asset demand planning processes and dashboards

Experience:

Lyft is looking for a hands-on Field Associate to operate in the field by driving commercial vehicles in order to pick up, deploy and rebalance our rideables on the Lyft Bikes & Scooters team in Denver. You will report to an Operations Lead, and work together to ensure reliability and availability of our scooter and bike fleet, as well as overall operational excellence for the local micro mobility program. This job is based in our Denver, CO warehouse. This role works a variable schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete shifts based on the needs of the local operations team and follow direction given by the operations team member on duty
- Drive a Sprinter van or a trike to safely deploy, reposition, and pick up assets
- Follow all safety and road guidelines at all times
- Locate and recover missing assets from all areas
- Ensure that all assets are functioning, safe, and clean
- Perform physical tasks including moving, charging, and maintaining scooters
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks including taking vans to and from maintenance, service, repair and wash
- Report on shift operations and keep management abreast of any relevant updates
- Collaborate with our staffing agency team to troubleshoot any potential issues and communicate solutions to the Operations team
- Help brainstorm, test and implement ideas for improving the rider experience and making behind-the-scenes operations more efficient and consistent
Experience:
- 2+ years driving a commercial vehicle, preferably a Sprinter Van.
- Must have a valid unrestricted driver’s license
- Have and maintain a satisfactory driving record and be insurable under Lyft’s policy
- Experience working in a complex, fast-moving, rapidly changing environment such as a distribution center, warehouse, restaurant, or delivery operation
- Safety-focused mindset with a get-it-done attitude and strong attention to detail
- Strong team player but comfortable making decisions independently
- Knowledge of city geography and street layout.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repetitively throughout the duration of your shift; stoop, bend, and stand for long periods of time.

Lyft is looking for a hands-on operations specialist to help supervise operations associates, drivers, and mechanics on the Lyft Bikes & Scooters team in Santa Monica. You will report to an Operations Manager and work together to assure reliability and availability of our scooter and bike fleet, as well as overall operational excellence for the program. This job is based in our Santa Monica warehouse. This role works a variable schedule either primarily daytime or overnight, but will include some days, weekends, and holidays.

- Manage daily operations of our central warehouse and maintenance facility in Santa Monica, CA
- Oversee, dispatch, and route field associates to pickup, deploy, and reposition the bike and scooter fleets
- Data analysis experience, able to dissect business issues, analyze large amounts of data, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Build new, operational processes and refine playbooks to govern day-to-day operations
