Organizational Effectiveness-Consultant are first level non-management consultants that will have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. Organizational Effectiveness-Consultant will own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Organizational Effectiveness-Consultant are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Participate in information gathering session with clients regarding organizational structure, process, technology, and culture
- Develop work products that clearly synthesize information into recommendations for client improvements
- Present work products and information to clients in meetings and facilitate discussions on those items
- Collaborate with a team to develop solutions to solve organizational challenges for a government client that interfaces with the transit industry
- Drive and document process improvements for mission-critical operations for program offices
- Provide and roll out change management strategies to clients

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 1+ years of experience in Management Consulting

- Collaborative and proactive attitude
