Responsibilities:

  • Respond to our operators’ questions related to our system and problems with the system
  • Bridge information between our customers, our engineering teams and between departments
  • Work on implementing and improving technology-related operational processes
  • Plan and execute system upgrades with our operators
  • Install, configure, monitor, update and perform log analysis on various components of our stack
  • Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams relative to problems encountered and possible improvements to our systems

Experience:

Lyft’s Bikes & Scooters team is developing the future of micro-mobility and we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to come in and help drive the development of our newest vehicles and sustain our fleet in operation.

 Responsibilities

  • Derive technical specifications based on product level requirements 
  • Own architecture selection, electrical design, schematic, layout, and validation of electronic PCBAs and multi-component electrical systems.
  • Support Sourcing and Procurement teams to vet supply chain and production partners
  • Validate design through functional verification, signal characterization, power modeling/test and system coexistence testing

The growing IT department is seeking a motivated, experienced individual to join our talented Installations Department as an IT/AV Office Builds Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the deployment, installation, and expansion of Lyft’s audio visual and network infrastructure for new and existing office builds
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including both sign off and handover duties between Lyft and 3rd party vendors
