Key Responsibilities:
●      Characterize, validate and monitor the quality of StreetLight’s metrics and algorithms.
●      Monitor the quality of StreetLight’s underlying data artifacts, that in turn contributes to the quality of our metrics.
●      Assist with the design and implementation of algorithms to infer key transportation patterns from various data sources.
●      Aggregate and process real-world data for modeling and quality check efforts.
●      Produce written technical reports for internal stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications & Skills:
●      BS/MS in Mathematics, Computer Science or an Engineering discipline from a top university.  Alternatively, a PhD focused on quantitative research and discovering insights from data is acceptable in lieu of a BS/MS plus experience.
●      3-5 years of experience in data science and/or statistics, using tools such as R or Python
●      2+ years of experience in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), and good understanding of relational concepts
●      Strong understanding of techniques in data science (machine learning algorithms, regression analysis, etc.)
●      Strong analytical skills, experience using data to solve problems, inform decision making, and tell stories.
●      Highly organized and methodical in reporting and documenting work.
●      Very strong communication skills – written, visual (presentations) and verbal
●      Technical writing skills. Experience synthesizing complex technical concepts for less technical audiences.
●      Geo-spatial skills are a plus

Content Marketing Manager

The Content Marketing Manager will help accelerate and level up StreetLight’s content marketing machine that includes a wide range of formats, from thought leadership, to newsletters and case studies to new media. A natural storyteller, the right candidate has a track record of deriving data-based insights, is a fluent writer, and enjoys project management and the collaboration process needed to deliver content. This role reports to the Director of Content and partners on a daily basis with marketing operations, demand generation, product marketing, and other internal “customers” of content. Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and fine-tune the day-to-day content production process, seamlessly leveraging communication and productivity tools needed to publish content. 
    • Leverage HubSpot to measure and grow the Inbound funnel through organic search, referrals, and direct traffic.
    • Collaborate with content marketing and other marketing team members on updating and managing the content calendar.
    • Project-manage a small network of freelance writers, graphic designers and copy editors to produce a steady flow of content.

    • Write and build HubSpot landing pages hosting eBooks, case studies, whitepapers, webinars and other content. 

Skills & Qualifications

    • 5 years of experience working in a content role
    • Passion for organization and project management 
    • Strong writing chops, with the ability to crank out good copy on a short deadline
    • Expertise in writing for different collateral types (email vs. landing pages vs. eBooks, etc.) and understanding the goals and positioning needs for each channel
    • Comfortable with moderating public-facing live content formats like webinars and virtual panels
    • Affinity for technical, data- or chart- heavy material, and the ability to bring it to life for readers
    • Familiarity with SEO and keywording content
    • Experience using CRM and web publishing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress)

The Marketing Operations Manager is a creative, process-oriented, and innovative team player who will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and Demand Generation, and will be responsible for building upon the foundation of our demand center and martech stack. This position will be responsible for the operations of our marketing automation platform, related integrations, and other martech solutions or tools, with ownership spanning marketing automation and demand generation optimization, email operations, lead management and generation, database management, and multi-channel nurturing initiatives. We are seeking an experienced revenue operations or marketing operations manager who has built demand generation capabilities that leverage technology, processes, data insights and best practices.
 
This position can be based in San Francisco or San Diego, CA; Richmond, VA or Remote.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage, measure, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns and define effective marketing tactics to drive demand and scale results. 
    • Configure, manage, and improve our marketing automation ecosystem (Hubspot, Salesforce, and related integrations) and execute highly targeted campaigns including emails, landing pages, nurture streams, and paid media for increased lead generation.
    • Build efficient sync processes between marketing and sales platforms and manage the lead flow between Hubspot and Salesforce including creation, scoring, and attribution. Investigate and resolve any issues as needed.
    • Work with marketing, business development, and sales to coordinate campaigns and ensure effective communication streams and acceleration programs to target segments and accounts. Improve scoring models, assess performance of lead sources, and evaluate ROI.
    • Focus on quality and drive continuous improvement efforts across the end-to-end processes supporting demand generation.
    • Develop and maintain best-in-class database health practices including data integrity, enrichment, and a targeting/segmentation approach. Implement an ongoing data hygiene strategy.
    • Provide excellent data analytical abilities to help drive decisions with strategic learnings in a compelling way to show what worked, what didn’t, and how we can improve new campaigns in the future.

Skills & Qualifications

    • Proven experience with B2B SaaS campaign tactics such as digital marketing, marketing automation, ABM, and lead nurture programs.
    • Strong proficiency (3-5 years) of marketing/sales operations experience (Hubspot, Salesforce, Salesloft).
    • 2-3 years demand generation/lead generation/digital marketing experience (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Analytics, ABM, direct mail, and various digital marketing capabilities).

You will dive deep into StreetLight’s massive repository of transportation data and develop efficient queries to get the answers customers need, explore new visualization techniques, and blend together new data sets.

Key Responsibilities

    • Design algorithms to infer key transportation patterns from various data sources, both StreetLight’s own data and metrics as well as third party data.
    • Research and implement suitable strategies (from neural networks to a simple SQL filter, if that’s more actionable) for solving data science problems.
    • Use statistical tools for analysis and validation of results.
    • Present final result to stakeholders, including documentation and supporting interactive visualizations of data.
    • Work collaboratively with Sales, Solutions Engineers and Account Management to turn customer requests into clearly defined outputs, on time, that delight and empower the customer.

Qualification & Skills

The Transportation Platform Training Specialist will be responsible for training StreetLight’s customers at transportation agencies, engineering firms and private transportation firms to ensure adoption and usage of the StreetLight Data platform. Roles & Responsibilities
●      Develop expert understanding of our industry-leading big data and analytics platform for transportation, including data sources, features, functions and metrics
●      Become proficient in understanding of customer use cases across the transportation fields of planning, modeling, traffic operations, safety and more
●      Demonstrate fluency inStreetLight’s existing training materials, strive to improve them through insights you glean in each training session you deliver, and continuously add, enhance and revise training content to ensure improved new customer onboarding and increasing expertise by our users
●      Participate in planning and developing curriculum offerings for new product features for both internal and customer audiences to be delivered live in-person, virtually and/or through online self-service courses
●      Be responsible for proactively collaborating with subject matter and technical experts
●      Create knowledge management and training content for new processes and products

Qualifications and Skills
●      Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical field such as civil engineering, transportation planning, information technology or related.
●      2-5 years experience in technical training or related customer-facing role
●      Ability and willingness to develop product expertise for StreetLight Data’s mobility platform, applications and new products as they come online
●      Growth mindset – have a history of continuous learning and pride in grasp of product, technology and transportation industry knowledge and their ability to teach it to others

Streetlight Data is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our Commercial Sector sales team, selling enterprise SaaS and related mobility data offerings. In this newly created position, the ISR will be responsible for working closely with our Commercial Sector sales team to develop and execute successful sales strategies and tactics to meet annual and quarterly sales targets. You will bring your sales expertise to prospecting for new business, closing deals of up to $50,000 ARR and supporting our Sr. Director in developing sales greater than $50,000 with customers in industries such as financial services, new mobility (AV, EV, UAM), real estate, retail and more. 
 
This position requires past success in prospecting for, developing and closing SaaS and/or data product sales. A working knowledge of transportation data, location-based data (LBS), GIS or related geospatial data is strongly preferred. 

 

    • Prospecting, developing and selling StreetLight’s mobility data offerings including SaaS, pay-per-use and custom project subscriptions.
    • Working within the Commercial Sector sales team to develop winning strategies and tactics including refining the process of lead screening and qualification.
