An award highlighting several outstanding YPT members who are making a significant impact in the field of transportation.

IVOIRE LLOYD
Ivoire Lloyd, CF APMP, has 18 years of marketing, business development, corporate communications and proposal coordination experience. Her expertise includes technical writing, coordinating multi-discipline pursuits, as well as cross-selling various sectors for maximum exposure. Her proposal expertise expands across various disciplines, including legal, benefits and compensation, and transportation.
Ivoire is part of the following organizations: COMTO – NY (Secretary, Board of Directors), COMTO National (Women Who Move the Nation Awards), Society of Marketing Professional Services of New York (Chair, Professional Development), Black Marketers Association of America , Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) – Liberty Chapter, and YPT – Greater NYC Chapter (newly appointed Director of Social Media). For SMPS-NY, as Chair of Professional Development, she was allowed the honor of rebranding/renaming SMPS-NY’s Coordinator Club, which is now called the A/E/C Movers & Shakers Corner. This subset caters to all levels of marketers and business development professionals within our industry. Attendance for both A/E/C Movers & Shakers (afternoon) and Professional Developments (mornings) has varied from 10-38 attendees respectively.
Ivoire has also published several articles for various organizations, and presented on various proposal and professional development topics. During the summer of 2021, she completed a two-day WTS International Signature Mid-Career Leadership Program which prepares women to lead the future of the transportation industry by developing professionally and learning how to manage others effectively for the advancement of the transportation industry. She is also a volunteer with NY Cares, FreeArts NYC, NAACP – Williamsbridge Branch and a mentor.
