Opeyemi “Ope” Thomas is an entrepreneur, CEO of Roadi, problem solver and a collaborator. He received his bachelor’s 2018 degree in Entrepreneurship, with a specialization in finance, from the University of Baltimore. Additionally, he is an alumni Ratcliffe Entrepreneurship fellowship and an alumni of the first cohort of Pioneer Baltimore, by ETC and Co. Starters.

In 2015 Thomas and his partners launch a pilot version of Roadi, to provide real-time street parking availability around a user’s schedule. Thomas has been participated as finalists to pitch at the first ever Light City Innovation Conference and is recognized by the Baltimore Business Journal and Technically Magazine for the work being done in transportation. Thomas, continues to search for business opportunities that suit him while, managing the growth of Roadi. In his spare time he enjoys playing the guitar and painting.

Thomas held the series 7 and 66, and practiced as a stock broker before returning to school and founding Roadi. In addition to his investment experience, he has worked in various positions at startups as well launching his own. In 2014, Thomas collaborated with developers and designers, at the Baltimore national aquarium, and created a software solution to solve the problem overfishing in West Africa, which was piloted by the World Bank.
