2017-2018 YPT-NYC Board Elections

Dear YPT-NYC Members and Friends,

YPT-NYC relies on a volunteer board of directors that dedicate their time and energy to making YPT-NYC a resource benefitting those of us just starting out in transportation, or midway along in our careers. Each year, we aim to bring in some fresh faces to our board, to broaden the organization’s perspectives, and ensure that we are meeting the needs of our members.

YPT will soon be conducting elections to select the 2017-2018 YPT-NYC Board of Directors. This is an opportunity to add your voice to the organization! Directors typically offer a time commitment of 3-5 hours per week.  Directors must be able to attend in person (or occasionally call in) to monthly board meetings.

This is your opportunity to get involved in building an organization dedicated to the professional advancement and development of young professionals in the field of transportation.  We need your help and look forward to your participation in the elections and your contributions toward another great year ahead!

Alexander Engel
Chair, YPT-NYC
