Sam Lundquist, Chair
Civil Engineer in Roadway Design, Kimley-Horn
Sam graduated from Ohio State University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering. He works on schematic and PS&E packages for roadway and bridge projects around Texas. An avid outdoors-man, Sam enjoys biking around downtown, kayaking Central Texas waterways, and hiking.
Dan Malsom, Deputy Chair
Transportation Analyst, Kimley-Horn
Dan graduated from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a Transportation Analyst and EIT at Kimley-Horn. He works on ITS projects in the Austin region, and on transportation safety projects at National Park Service and US Forest Service sites around the country. Dan enjoys backpacking and biking, and he probably takes karaoke too seriously.
Katrina Lack, Vice Chair for Communications and Membership
Transportation Engineer, Atkins North America
Katrina graduated from Texas A&M University in 2016. She is currently a Transportation Engineer and EIT at Atkins North America. Her work focuses on roadway design for transportation projects around Texas. Katrina enjoys hiking trails around Austin, eating at local Austin restaurants, and watching the Aggies play sports (win or lose).
Emily Weigand, Vice Chair for Administration and Programs
Transportation EIT, Jacobs
Emily Weigand is a Transportation EIT at Jacobs Engineering, Inc. Her work focuses on traffic operations and design work. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Emily’s hobbies include working out, attending craft shows and other Austin events, baking, and cooking.
Ryan Lohmann, Treasurer/Vice Chair for Finance
Civil Analyst in Roadway Design, Kimley-Horn
Ryan graduated from The University of Texas in 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering. His work focuses on producing schematic and PS&E packages for roadway and bridge projects around Texas. He enjoys kayaking, fishing, camping, and NASCAR.
