Madeleine Hirsch, Chair
Project Coordinator, Austin Transportation Department

Madeleine (Maddie) graduated from Texas A&M University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. She is currently a Project Coordinator at the Austin Transportation Department. Her work focuses on the implementation of the Street Impact Fee (SIF) program and project development. Madeleine enjoys being outside, swimming at Barton Springs & Deep Eddy, and trying new restaurants around Austin.

 

Lucia Murguia, Deputy Chair
Central Texas Business Development Manager, Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers, Inc.

Lucia graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree and from the University of Texas at Austin in 2015 with a Master’s Degree. Lucia is the Business Development Manager at Pacheco Koch, a Westwood Company in Georgetown and Austin. She focuses on building relationships that allow owners and consultants to collaborate within communities to provide solutions that mitigate congestion and improve transportation infrastructure in Central Texas. Lucia enjoys yoga, gardening, and hiking trails around Austin with her dog.

Katrina Lack, Treasurer/Vice Chair for Finance
Civil Analyst, Kimley-Horn

Katrina graduated from Texas A&M University in 2016. She is currently a Civil Analyst at Kimley-Horn. Her work focuses on roadway design for transportation projects around Texas. Katrina enjoys hiking trails around Austin, eating at local Austin restaurants, and watching the Aggies play sports (win or lose).

 

Heather Sulacia, Vice Chair for Communications and Membership
Staff Engineer, American Structurepoint

Heather graduated from Texas A&M University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering. Her work focuses on roadway design and producing schematic and PS&E packages for roadway. She enjoys soccer, running, hiking, and swimming.

 

Eliza Yu, Vice Chair for Programs and Administration
Associate Project Manager (Smart Mobility), Austin Transportation 
Department

Eliza graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies & Planning from University of California at San Diego and a Master’s Degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of California at Irvine. Her work is focused on transportation demand management initiatives and the city’s own MetroBike system. She enjoys going out for brunch, biking around the city and taking her dog to breweries & camping.
