Katrina Lack, Chair

Katrina graduated from Texas A&M University in 2016. She is currently a Transportation Engineer and EIT at Atkins North America. Her work focuses on roadway design for transportation projects around Texas. Katrina enjoys hiking trails around Austin, eating at local Austin restaurants, and watching the Aggies play sports (win or lose).
Lucia Murguia, Deputy Chair
Business Development Manager, Garver
Lucia graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree and from the University of Texas at Austin in 2015 with a Master’s Degree. As a Business Development Manager, she helps position the firm to win work for roadway and bridge projects around Texas. Lucia enjoys yoga, gardening, and hiking trails around Austin with her dog.
Wylder Conoly, Vice Chair for Programs and Administration
Transportation EIT, Jacobs
Wylder Conoly is a Transportation EIT at Jacobs Engineering, Inc. He was born and raised in Corpus Christi Texas and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from The Pennsylvania State University. Wylder focuses mostly on roadway design for several projects around Texas. His hobbies including spending time at his ranch, fishing, and scuba diving.
Madeleine Hirsch, Vice Chair for Communications and Membership
Traffic Engineer, WGI (Formerly BIG RED DOG Engineering)
Madeleine (Maddie) graduated from Texas A&M University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. She is currently a traffic engineer and EIT at WGI in east Austin. Her work focuses on traffic engineering and urban planning design work for public and private clients across the country. Madeleine enjoys being outside, walking/sitting dogs of all kinds, and trying new restaurants around Austin.
David Gutierrez, Treasurer/Vice Chair for Finance
Roadway Engineer, Kimley-Horn
David graduated from Texas Tech University in 2017. He is a Roadway Engineer at Kimley-Horn & Associates. His work ranges from small urban roads to large freeway projects around Texas. David likes soccer, swimming, and trying new food.

Staff Engineer, American Structurepoint
Heather graduated from Texas A&M University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering. Her work focuses on roadway design and producing schematic and PS&E packages for roadway. She enjoys soccer, running, hiking, and swimming.
