Bhavya Sai Vaishnavi Seetamsetti is a Project Manager, PE (Associate I), and Drainage Practice Business Development Deputy at Horrocks, where she helps deliver transportation infrastructure projects. Beyond her technical role, she is passionate about leadership and industry engagement, serving as Director of Sponsorship for YPT International, Chair of YPT DFW, and a Board Member of WTS DFW. She recently graduated from the ACEC Tarrant County Emerging Leaders Program (2025–2026), an experience that broadened her perspective on the transportation infrastructure industry and strengthened her commitment to collaborative leadership.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exploring the mountains, hiking through caves, and spending time in nature. These experiences help her recharge, stay curious, and bring a fresh perspective to both her personal and professional life.
