A Senior Transportation Analyst at Insight Transportation Consulting, Inc. Hailey works on transit ridership forecasting and travel demand modeling, helping agencies across the country plan for the future of transportation. She brings experience in land use data, safety planning studies, and served on Florida DOT’s Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Coalition. Skilled in tools like ArcPro, Adobe Creative Suite, and Tableau, she supports corridor studies and performance analyses.

As YPT Philly’s Director of Membership, Hailey is excited to connect transportation professionals in Philadelphia and engage local college students exploring the industry.

When she’s not working, you can find Hailey skiing, walking around South Philly, biking the Schuylkill River Trail, or spending time with her husband, friends, and family.
