Haoyun serves as the Director of Administration for YPT International. Haoyun is a Principal Geospatial Consultant in WSP UK’s Transformation & Digital Insights Department, with more than six years of experience at the intersection of transportation, data science, and GIS solutions. He leverages geospatial methodologies, statistical modeling, and stakeholder engagement to deliver innovative, data-informed solutions that drive impactful outcomes for public-sector clients. His project experience spans critical national infrastructure, including major airport expansions, passenger rail corridor modernization, and large-scale clean energy transmission projects.

He holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. His professional standing is confirmed by his credentials as a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society (FRGS) in the UK and as a certified Planner (AICP), GIS Professional (GISP), and Professional Transportation Planner (PTP) in the U.S.

A strong advocate for transit-, bike-, and pedestrian-friendly cities, Haoyun enjoys exploring transit and bikeshare systems whenever he visits a new city. Based in London, he has studied and worked in three countries (China, the U.S., and the UK) and is excited to explore even more of the world. In his free time, you’ll likely find him cycling, visiting museums, or catching a movie at the theater.
