Iris Templo is a project manager with over a decade of experience delivering transportation projects across the public and private sectors.

She is a Senior Associate at Access, where she works on capital transportation projects, helping public sector clients deliver complex projects and solve strategic challenges.

Prior to joining Access, Iris worked at the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) in the Philippines and the Asian Development Bank (ADB), where she led the delivery of major transportation projects and supported infrastructure policy and investment initiatives.

Outside of work, Iris trains in ballet and enjoys discovering new spots around the city. She is also an active member of the Young Leaders in Infrastructure Toronto Committee.
