Judy is a roadway designer with 8 years of experience in schematic design. She is also involved in transportation outreach program exposing high school girls to careers in Transportation. The outreach program is called Transportation YOU and is part of WTS (Women Transportation Seminars). Judy received an undergraduate degree in Applies Mathematics from Emory University and a master’s in engineering from Georgia Tech in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation.
